Do you know when you will get more of an item?

No, we never know when or if we will receive more of any items. Often it is a one time donation. Buy it when you see it so you are not disappointed.

Why can I not reserve an item?

Our online store will only allow us to list items that have a price, we therefore can only hold or reserve an item that is paid for.

Can I order free sliced bread?

No, we can only put items on our online store that have a price.

When do you deliver?

All deliveries are made between 9am and 4pm, Monday to Friday. Your order will be with you between 2 and 4 working days.

You will be kept up to date on your order by email.

Do I need an account to shop online?

Yes, to use our online store you must set up an account, using your email or phone number.
